Mary Margaret Burch, NP

Mary Margaret Burch is a certified family nurse practitioner and registered nurse. Prior to becoming a nurse Mary Margaret spent fifteen years in Social Services providing case management services to a wide variety of populations. Before joining Real Health Medical, she spent over 5 years in an integrated family care practice providing primary and complex care to patients from birth through adulthood. Additionally, she spent six years in an acute care hospital system as a registered nurse and later as a nurse clinician providing clinical education.

Mary Margaret’s interest in Integrative Medicine began with the birth of her two children who were diagnosed and treated for multiple complex needs. She grew to value the importance of utilizing an integrative approach to caring not only for her own children, but for her own patients as well. She sees patients more like family and seeks to utilize all available resources to guide and influence their healing journey.

In her spare time, Mary Margaret enjoys distance running, all forms of outdoor activities and church involvement.
