RHM Immunization / Vaccine Guidelines
Real Health Medical acknowledges that parents are stewards of the children that the LORD has given them, and God has given parents the authority and responsibility to raise and care for their children.
An aspect of this stewardship is that parents are the first, primary, and ultimate decision makers regarding the children that they have been given by the Lord.
It is the responsibility of parents to obtain wisdom and demonstrate discernment is the nurture of their children - in every essential aspect of their development.
Guidelines for immunizations / vaccines
Parents should make the ultimate decision regarding immunizations; they should never be coerced into this type of decision.
Realize that the God-given immune system in each child should be sufficient to protect against most common infections, and particularly if the immune system is supported by a healthy diet, and even the use of select nutraceutical supplements.
No childhood vaccine is absolutely necessary to a child’s health.
The common childhood contagious infections are usually self-limiting and pose no serious threat unless a child’s nutritional and/or immune status is compromised - this can occur with inherited immune disorders, genetic weaknesses, or related to certain factors related to pregnancy.
Nutritional support and homeopathic remedies can be effective at minimizing the severity of all contagious childhood infections.
Children who are at risk of a lowered or compromised immune function can be supported by naturopathic, nutritional, nutraceutical supplements, and even pharmaceutical therapies (example IgG) to improve immune function.

Genetic / Genomic Health and Risk of Vaccine Side Effects
Genomic testing of metabolic pathways can accurately show the weaknesses of important biochemical pathways (methylation, detoxification, glutathione) that would predispose or increase a child’s risk of side effects to vaccines and autism and learning related disorders.
Genetic - Genomic testing is strongly recommended before proceeding to immunizations.
Based on genomic testing, specific or customized dietary and nutraceutical supplement protocol can be developed to improve these genomic - metabolic weaknesses, which will serve to improve every aspect of a child’s health and development, as well as serve to precisely guide their health for all of their life and prevent or reduce many common medical conditions.
Immunizations and Autism
It is the opinion of a growing number of physicians and medical organizations that immunizations have definite risks and side effects, and that a considerable percentage of autism is associated with or caused by vaccines received by children and mothers.
Keep in mind that the U.S. National Institute of Health has proposed studying the safety and side effect vaccines of childhood vaccines starting in 2025 - 2025 over a period of five years.
If there is a family history of autism, autoimmune disorders, or a MTHFR mutation, then do not vaccinate, or only consider vaccines after genomic testing to determine risk of vaccine side effects and how to properly support a child’s immune, detoxification, and methylation pathways.
